SAMA licenses Tamawal as newest finance aggregator in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) has granted a license to "Tamawal" to offer finance aggregation services, bringing the total number of licensed finance aggregators in the Kingdom to six.

In an official statement, SAMA said the move is part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen the financial sector, boost the efficiency of financial transactions, and encourage innovative financial solutions that enhance financial inclusion across Saudi Arabia.

SAMA also reiterated the importance of working exclusively with licensed financial institutions. A full list of authorized entities is available on the Saudi Central Bank’s official website.

Tamawal is a Digital Financing Broker (DFB) that works as a marketplace for personalized loans to provide customers with instantly approved tailor-made financing products from regulated financial institutions in Saudi Arabia.
