Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: London-based WW+P Architects is expanding its footprint in the Middle East, with a focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE, as the firm celebrates its 40th anniversary.

In a recent press release, Neil Baker, WW+P’s Managing Director for the Middle East, said the firm is motivated by the Gulf’s bold infrastructure and sustainability goals and sees the region as central to its future growth.

With a team of over 200 architects and planners across nine global studios, WW+P brings decades of experience in infrastructure, transport, and urban regeneration to support the region’s fast-paced development ambitions.

The firm has worked on major international projects such as the Paddington Elizabeth Line Station in London and Melbourne’s Metro Tunnel Project, and is now leveraging that expertise to contribute to transit-oriented developments and large-scale infrastructure in the Gulf. In Saudi Arabia and the UAE, WW+P is involved in designing transport hubs and high-speed rail proposals that reflect local identity while integrating into broader urban master plans.

WW+P is part of the 10N Collective under Egis Group, alongside globally recognized design firms including 10 Design, SvN, and Omrania. The firm is also engaging in industry visits and exploring partnerships across the region as part of its expansion strategy.
