Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi-based Arkan Solutions announced the successful launch of its PSTN integration service for DHL Express in Kuwait, Qatar, and Jordan, as part of a broader partnership with British Telecom (BT).
As per a recent press release, the deployment uses Arkan’s Genesys Cloud Connect solution to integrate local PSTN lines into DHL’s Genesys Cloud CX platform, which BT manages globally.
This latest rollout follows the initial implementation in Egypt earlier in 2024 and forms part of DHL’s regional digital transformation strategy in the Middle East. Arkan’s solution, which includes carrier-grade SBCaaS and secure telecom interconnections, ensures high-quality voice services and compliance with local regulations.
Hussam Fawzy, Chairman of Arkan Solutions, said: “We are proud to expand our partnership with BT and DHL as three more countries go live. Kuwait, Qatar, and Jordan represent a significant milestone in enabling DHL’s cloud-first contact center strategy across the region.”
More DHL Express markets are set to follow in 2025 under the ongoing agreement.
