Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: New Murabba, a Public Investment Fund company, announced the inking of a long-term strategic partnership with Falcon’s Creative Group to develop visionary concepts and immersive experiences for The Mukaab, the iconic centerpiece of its flagship development.
The agreement marks a significant step in New Murabba’s mission to create a next-generation urban destination powered by advanced technologies and artificial intelligence, according to a recent press release.
Under the deal, Falcon’s Creative Group will design immersive attractions, interactive environments, and integrated technologies that aim to transform how people live, connect, and experience the world. The Mukaab is envisioned as a landmark of groundbreaking architecture and innovative design, offering visitors and residents an unparalleled urban experience.
The signing follows the completion of major excavation works at the site, with more than 14 million cubic meters of earth removed, paving the way for the next phase of construction. New Murabba is one of Saudi Arabia’s flagship Vision 2030 initiatives, integrating residential, commercial, and entertainment offerings into a fully connected environment that reflects the Kingdom’s future ambitions.
