Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: UAE-based trade and logistics group 7X unveiled Waslah Post, the world’s first digital marketplace aggregating postal operators, at the 28th Universal Postal Congress in Dubai.
According to a recent press release, the platform connects postal networks worldwide, transforming fragmented operators into digitally bookable services while enabling larger networks to capture new revenue streams.
By offering digital sales channels, aggregated volumes, and cross-border demand, Waslah Post aims to strengthen postal operators’ role in global e-commerce and logistics.
Built on Universal Postal Union frameworks and bilateral agreements, the initiative seeks to democratize access to international trade, empowering SMEs, e-commerce firms, and individuals with transparent, cost-efficient cross-border shipping. The platform also integrates sustainability, leveraging the carbon efficiency of postal networks as a greener alternative to fragmented courier flows.
Executives at 7X said Waslah Post will evolve beyond logistics by embedding fintech services through its arm FINTX, supporting SME payments and financial inclusion. It will also provide deep e-commerce integrations for checkout, fulfillment, and returns, while using postal data to optimize routes and pricing.
The group positioned Waslah Post as the backbone of future global trade flows, aligning with its broader digital infrastructure strategy.
