Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The ninth edition of the Future Investment Initiative conference (FII9) is expected to witness the signing of many deals worth over $60 billion across several key sectors, according to Richard Attias, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Acting CEO of the FII Institute.

During an official press conference, Attias announced the high-profile speakers and guests set to attend FII9 next week, highlighting that the conference is expected to welcome more than 8,000 delegates, 600 speakers, and 56 strategic partners.

The list includes more than 20 heads of state including Ahmad Al-Sharaa, the President of Syria; Han Zheng, the Vice President of China; Shehbaz Sharif, the Prime Minister of Pakistan; Paul Kagame, the President of Rwanda; and Edi Rama, the Prime Minister of Albania.

The FII Institute will launch a ventures program to accelerate the growth and success of impact-driven startups that aim to create positive social or environmental change as a core part of their business models.

“We selected more than 750 companies, startup tech companies, many of them in the AI sectors. We will help them to accelerate their growth, to be recognized and to have an impact by stimulating economies, creating jobs … and growing and to become new champions,” Attias said.

Taking place from 27 to 30 October in Riyadh, FII9 will gather world leaders, investors, policymakers, CEOs, innovators, and changemakers to unlock solutions for shared global prosperity.

With the theme “The Key to Prosperity,” this four-day conference aims to unlock the keys to prosperity for citizens around the world, driving forward practical solutions, global partnerships, and transformative investments that serve humanity.
