
Riyadh - Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: Yamm, a Saudi startup specializing in return and refund solutions, successfully processed 150,000 requests with a transaction value exceeding SAR 100 million, according to Business Development Specialist, Yazeed Alkhudhairi.
Speaking to Sharikat Mubasher on the sidelines of the second edition of the Entrepreneurship and Modern Business Practices Forum (DeveGo 2025), Alkhudhairi affirmed that the company offers swift and seamless solutions for managing and automating return and refund processes in just 30 seconds.
Yumm currently targets online stores and plans to expand into the retail sector, Alkhudhairi added, noting that the company aspires to expand into other markets in the GCC and the Arab world.
Founded in 2023 by Sultan Al-Subhi, Mohammed Al-Shalati, and Hamadah Al-Khaldi, Yamm offers a comprehensive end-to-end solution for managing returns, refunds, and logistics, designed to simplify the post-purchase experience for both consumers and merchants. In 2024, it closed a pre-Seed funding round to expand its merchant base across the Kingdom.
DeveGo 2025 takes place in Riyadh from 21 to 23 December, aiming to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s entrepreneurship ecosystem and promote modern business practices. It brings together entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, and global thought leaders through panel discussions, workshops, and networking activities.
Organized by the Social Development Bank (SDB) under the theme ‘Don’t Start from Zero… Start from DeveGo,’ the forum witnessed wide participation from local and international speakers, entrepreneurs, and representatives from public, private, and international organizations.
