Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: The fifth edition of the Real Estate Future Forum 2026 opened today in Riyadh under the patronage of Majed Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate General Authority. The forum is being held at the Four Seasons Hotel from 26 to 28 January.
Held under the theme “Expanding Horizons: Real Estate Thriving,” the forum reflects growing local and international interest in Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector. The event brings together decision-makers, investors, and experts from more than 140 countries, alongside over 300 speakers representing government entities, executive leadership, and the public and private sectors. More than 15,000 participants are expected to attend, reinforcing the forum’s position as one of the region’s most influential real estate gatherings.
Across more than 40 dialogue sessions and a series of closed meetings, discussions focus on the future of urban planning, residential community design, sustainability, and the role of real estate technologies in developing smarter and greener cities.
The forum coincides with the entry into force of the updated Law of Real Estate Ownership by Non-Saudis, a move aimed at opening structured pathways for foreign investment and enhancing the attractiveness of the Saudi real estate market. It also highlights the impact of Saudi Arabia’s giga projects, including NEOM and ROSHN, which continue to reshape the Kingdom’s real estate landscape.
A parallel real estate exhibition showcases emerging technologies, artificial intelligence applications, sustainable building materials, and innovative financing and investment models. The exhibition also serves as a platform for signing several agreements and memoranda of understanding, further underscoring the forum’s role as a catalyst for investment and sector-wide collaboration.
