Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Global brand experience agency Catapult officially launched operations in Saudi Arabia in partnership with AstroLabs, the Gulf’s leading business expansion platform. The Dublin-based agency, founded in 1999, aims to bring large-scale live events, brand activations, and immersive fan experiences to the Kingdom as it grows as a hub for sports and entertainment.

Catapult has worked with global clients including FIFA, UEFA, Amazon, Mastercard, Coca-Cola, Puma, and Diageo, and recently delivered fan experiences at the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. The agency marked its Saudi debut at The Middle East Sports Investment Forum (MESIF) in Riyadh, where Group Chief Experience Officer David Davies spoke on football’s future in the region, emphasizing the Kingdom’s rapid growth in sports and entertainment.

Fouad Fattal, Vice President at AstroLabs, said the expansion reflects rising demand for “high-quality, culturally relevant experiences” in Saudi Arabia, enabling brands to connect with millions of fans. The move aligns with Vision 2030, supporting Saudi Arabia’s goal to become a global destination for world-class sports events, including the 2034 FIFA World Cup.
