Cairo – Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: Esraa Ibrahim, Operations Manager at Broadnet Technologies for messaging services, said the Lebanon-headquartered company operates more than 23 branches worldwide, with a strong presence across the GCC, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar. She noted that Broadnet delivers scalable messaging solutions ranging from bulk SMS and A2P messaging to SMSC gateways, SMS firewalls, HLR lookup, and omnichannel services, serving more than 80,000 clients and connecting with around 10,000 operators globally.

Speaking on the sidelines of AI Everything MEA 2026, Ibrahim added that Broadnet has built a substantial client portfolio in the Saudi market, working with major telecom operators such as Zain, stc, and e&. She also revealed that the company plans to expand its messaging offerings to include email, alongside additional channels such as Telegram and WhatsApp Business.

Commenting on artificial intelligence, Ibrahim said Saudi Arabia is well positioned to leverage AI across multiple levels, noting that AI agents can help enterprises streamline operations and improve efficiency. She added that Broadnet is seeking to further expand its footprint in the Kingdom by opening additional offices and strengthening partnerships with government entities.

The inaugural edition of AI Everything Middle East and Africa, the world's all-AI expo and summit, kicked off today in Cairo, bringing together global technology companies, policymakers, investors, startups, and AI experts from more than 60 countries.

This two-day event is organized by GITEX GLOBAL under the auspices of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, in partnership with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA).
