
Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: UAE-based AI and data company CNTXT AI announced it has raised $60 million in a Series A funding round to accelerate product development, expand into new markets, and strengthen the deployment of secure AI infrastructure for enterprises and government organizations.
According to the company’s press release, this round was co-led by AI71 and BlueFive Capital, two prominent investors in the regional AI ecosystem. The investment marks a significant milestone for CNTXT AI as demand grows for sovereign AI solutions that allow organizations to maintain full control over their data while deploying advanced AI technologies.
Commenting on the funding, Mohammad Abu Sheikh, Founder and CEO of CNTXT AI, said the company is focused on moving beyond AI experimentation toward large-scale deployment, adding that the new capital will help build the infrastructure and talent needed to deliver AI solutions in demanding enterprise and public-sector environments.
Investors highlighted CNTXT AI's execution capabilities and its focus on addressing growing data sovereignty requirements, while Hazem Ben-Gacem, Founder and CEO of BlueFive Capital, said the company is building the type of AI platform capable of transforming data into tangible business outcomes on a global scale.
Founded by Mohammad Abu Sheikh, the company works with major technology providers including Oracle, NVIDIA, and Amazon Web Services. Its portfolio includes Munsit, an Arabic voice AI platform that has processed more than one million minutes of speech and serves over 250 enterprises and 150,000 users.
