
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Syarah, a Saudi digital automotive marketplace, announced it has received Sharia certification from Shariyah Review Bureau (SRB), a global provider of Sharia certification and assurance services, for its digital vehicle financing and acquisition offerings.
As per a recent press release, the certification covers Syarah’s Auto Murabaha, Auto Auction and Used Car Sales, Cash and Financing with Warranty solutions, as well as the company’s operational processes. SRB confirmed that the reviewed products comply with applicable Sharia principles and rulings.
Under the agreement, SRB will continue serving as Syarah’s Sharia advisor and will conduct annual audits to ensure the certified offerings remain compliant with Sharia standards.
Commenting on this, Salah Sharef, Co-Founder and CEO of Syarah, said the certification reflects the company's focus on delivering innovative automotive solutions while maintaining high standards of compliance, transparency and customer trust.
Meanwhile, Yasser S. Dahlawi, CEO of SRB, said the bureau will continue monitoring Syarah’s certified business activities through its ongoing Sharia audit program to ensure continued adherence to established Sharia principles.
