Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia's artificial intelligence company HUMAIN is building an exceptional team as it prepares for its initial public offering (IPO) in the upcoming period.
In a LinkedIn post, CEO Tareq Amin invited exceptional individuals to join the company’s IPO preparation team that is able to understand complex businesses and financials, challenge the strategy, and build a compelling investment narrative.
“This is not a conventional strategy role. I am looking for people with top-tier management consulting experience, strong financial and strategic depth, and experience working on investor-facing strategy and IPO preparation,” Amin wrote.
During the Future Investment Initiative (FII) conference in 2025, Amin stated that HUMAIN aspires to be traded both on the Saudi stock exchange and the Nasdaq in the United States.
The PIF-backed company announced several strategic partnerships and launches during LEAP 2026, reinforcing its position as a global AI provider. This included partnerships with international and 0local companies such as NVIDIA, Adobe, AMD, Reflection AI, DataVolt, and others, in addition to launching its Horizon Ultra AI PC.
