Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: HUMAIN, the Saudi company delivering full-stack artificial intelligence capabilities globally, announced its strategic partnership with Napster, a frontier AI company, to bring advanced Arabic-native AI experiences to public and private sector organizations across the MENA region.
Under the partnership, both sides will integrate Arabic-first language and speech capabilities into embodied AI experiences designed for organizations and users across the region, HUMAIN revealed in a press release today.
This collaboration combines HUMAIN IQ, HUMAIN’s AI services platform, and HUMAIN Voice with Napster’s video presence, Large Persona Model technology, and multimodal agent infrastructure. Through HUMAIN IQ and HUMAIN Voice, Napster will gain programmatic access to selected HUMAIN capabilities through secure APIs, including ALLAM, HUMAIN Voice ASR Real Time, and HUMAIN Voice TTS Real Time.
Together, these capabilities will work alongside Napster’s embodied and agentic AI technologies to create a new class of Arabic-native AI agents that can understand and communicate naturally in Arabic, carry persistent memory, and interact with customers and colleagues through voice, video, and conversational interfaces.
Commenting on the partnership, Tareq Amin, CEO of HUMAIN, said: “This partnership is an important example of Saudi-developed AI technology supporting an international technology company. By combining HUMAIN IQ, ALLAM and HUMAIN Voice with Napster’s embodied AI capabilities, we are creating solutions designed for the region while demonstrating the growing international relevance of HUMAIN’s technology.”
For his part, John Acunto, CEO of Napster, stated: “Arabic-speaking markets have been underserved by AI platforms built for English-first models. A digital agent that stumbles over the language it’s supposed to speak in is not a workforce solution. HUMAIN’s models give our platform the linguistic and cultural fluency to earn trust in this market. That changes what we can offer organizations here.”
Moreover, the collaboration demonstrates the roles of HUMAIN IQ and HUMAIN Voice as platforms through which Saudi-developed AI capabilities can be integrated into international technologies and applications.
