Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: HUMAIN, a Saudi company delivering full-stack artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities globally, added CNTXT to its full-stack AI platform to strengthen the company’s ability to deliver enterprise AI, cloud, data, and technology services at scale.

This milestone will expand HUMAIN’s ability to support customers across the full lifecycle of AI adoption, leveraging CNTXT’s capabilities, solutions, and customer relationships, the Saudi company announced in a statement yesterday.

CNTXT’s capabilities span cloud transformation and managed cloud services, data and analytics, AI, cybersecurity, enterprise integration, professional services, implementation, and ongoing technology support.

CNTXT’s proprietary solutions, enterprise expertise, and established customer base will strengthen HUMAIN’s ability to serve private- and public-sector customers with greater flexibility across their cloud and AI environments. Customers will access a more integrated path to advanced cloud, data, and AI technologies, supported by CNTXT’s solutions and services alongside HUMAIN’s infrastructure, compute, models, applications, cybersecurity, and enterprise capabilities.

Tareq Amin, CEO of HUMAIN, said: “CNTXT joining HUMAIN significantly expands our ability to deliver AI where it matters most: inside the enterprise. We are building a uniquely integrated AI ecosystem, and CNTXT brings the technology, talent, customer relationships, and implementation depth to turn that ecosystem into real operational impact. Together, we will accelerate how customers deploy AI by delivering measurable value at scale.”

For his part, Abdullah Jarwan, CEO of CNTXT, commented: “Joining HUMAIN represents an exciting new chapter for CNTXT and an opportunity to contribute to a much larger AI platform. We have built deep expertise helping organizations turn advanced cloud, data, and AI technologies into enterprise capabilities, supported by our proprietary solutions and the trust of our customers. As part of HUMAIN, we can accelerate the deployment of AI and help customers realize its value at greater scale.”

The addition of CNTXT to HUMAIN will provide customers with a more complete path to accessing advanced technologies and deploying, integrating, securing, and operating them within their organizations.
