Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi-based Al-Modawat Specialized Medical Co. is planning to establish a 100% owned limited liability company (LLC) in Egypt aiming to pump new investments in the Egyptian medical sector.

This will occur after fulfilling the regulatory requirements and obtaining the approvals of the concerned authorities, according to a statement in Tadawul.

The company did not disclose any further details about the new project, however, it asserted that such a step comes as part of the company’s strategic vision that seeks further growth and bigger business volume.

Al-Modawat Specialized Medical Co. (known as ALMODAWAT) is a public company, listed on Saudi Exchange “Parallel Market” (NOMU) since February 2024. ALMODAWAT operates within the Health care supplies & services.
