
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Stride Ventures, a global leader in venture debt financing, is significantly expanding its presence in the Gulf region, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia.
As per a recent press release, the company plans to double its local team and open a second regional office as part of its strategy to capitalize on the fast-growing venture debt market.
Stride Ventures currently manages an active portfolio worth $110 million, with an average deal size of $10 million. The firm aims to triple its assets under management in the Gulf by 2026 and invest $500 million over the next three to five years.
Fariha Ansari Javed, Partner at Stride Ventures, said Saudi Arabia is becoming a global hub for venture capital and private financing, attracting top talent and capital from Silicon Valley, London, and Singapore. She highlighted the Kingdom’s role in shaping the future of innovation financing across the Middle East.
