Abu Dhabi – Sharikat Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council (ADBWC) announced the launch of the Ra’idah program in its second edition, in partnership with Publicis Groupe, which will take place in September 2026 to support women-led small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Abu Dhabi.
Building on the success of its inaugural edition, the program will offer an expanded hands-on format designed to strengthen business capabilities, leadership skills, and growth opportunities for women entrepreneurs, according to an official press release. Participants will be selected through a competitive process jointly managed by ADBWC and Publicis Groupe Middle East.
The selected cohort will attend a two-day in-person academy, receive one-to-one mentorship, and participate in Falcon Tank, the program’s pitch competition. Winning business campaign ideas will receive paid media funding to support their market visibility and growth.
The updated curriculum will focus on marketing and leadership fundamentals, AI tools, content creation, personal brand building, and paid media strategies. Sessions will be delivered by Publicis Groupe experts in communications, media, creativity, technology, and AI.
Asma Al Fahim, ADBWC Chairwoman, said the initiative reflects the council’s commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs and contributing to a more diverse and competitive private sector in Abu Dhabi.
