Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Majestic Mind Games, a Jeddah-based Saudi gaming studio, has raised $1.45 million in an investment round co-led by Merak Capital and Impact46.

As per a recent press release, the funding will support the studio’s development of original gaming titles for PC, while enabling it to expand selected releases to console and mobile platforms.

Majestic Mind Games aims to build gaming experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking, with ambitions to establish Saudi-made titles in global markets.

The investment comes as Saudi Arabia’s gaming ecosystem continues to develop, supported by growing investment and efforts to build local capabilities across the sector.

Merak Capital and Impact46 said their investment reflects a shared focus on supporting Saudi companies with the potential to compete internationally. They highlighted Majestic Mind Games’ combination of creative development, technological capabilities, commercial discipline, and long-term execution.

The investors added that the Jeddah-based studio represents the type of local talent capable of creating globally competitive gaming products from Saudi Arabia.
