
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The global real estate advisor, CBRE Group, inaugurated a new office in Riyadh as part of its strategy to expand its footprint in Saudi Arabia, a recent statement unveiled.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mohammed Al Saud, Board Member of CBRE Saudi Arabia, Anshuman Magazine, Chairman and CEO of CBRE in India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, in addition to several senior officials.
Inaugurating the new office solidifies the group’s 15-year presence in the Kingdom with a portfolio of more than 300 real estate experts based on the ground across all its divisions.
CBRE Group is currently advising mega real estate projects, including the Kingdom’s largest standalone hotel transaction in Jeddah, along with over 30 mega and giga projects, in conjunction with Vision 2030.
Since 2021, CBRE has valued more than 700,000 real estate assets in Saudi Arabia as part of the Kingdom's transformational change initiatives.
Nicholas Maclean, Managing Director of CBRE Middle East, described the inauguration of the new office as a “strategic milestone” that reflects the group's dedication to fostering local partnerships, driving innovation, and helping clients realize their potential in the Saudi dynamic business landscape.
Meanwhile, Pedro Ribeiro, General Manager of CBRE Saudi Arabia, said that the new office represents a “significant business milestone”.
CBRE Group has over 1,300 professionals in the Middle East operating out of nine offices in six countries in the region.
