Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The global industrial technology and automation powerhouse Emerson inaugurated a new manufacturing hub at the King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) as part of its Middle East expansion plans.

The state-of-the-art hub, spanning 140,000 square meters, offers extensive automation technology solutions, including mission-critical control and safety systems, measurement instrumentation, control valves, isolation valves, pressure relief valves, solenoid valves, and industrial lighting assemblies, Emerson revealed in a press release.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mishal AlZughaibi, President and CEO of SPARK, and Lal Karsanbhai, President and Chief Executive Officer of Emerson, along with senior officials and key stakeholders.

Mathias Schinzel, President of Emerson Middle East and Africa, stated that the new facility reinforces the company’s position as a key player in the Saudi industrial sector and contributes to the Kingdom’s long-term Vision 2030 goals of strengthening local talent, boosting supply chain localization, and advancing sustainable growth.

On his part, SPARK’s AlZughaibi said: “With the establishment of these facilities, we are closer than ever to achieving our localization goals. Having Emerson on board strengthens our vision, and we are confident that together, we will continue to advance Saudi Arabia’s industrial journey.”

Emerson is a global technology and software company that helps hybrid, process, and discrete manufacturers optimize operations, protect personnel, reduce emissions, and achieve their sustainability goals.
