Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi-based startup services provider Tawaref announced its acquisition of Amaana.ai, a leading provider of AI-powered solutions, in a bid to offer innovative tech and financial solutions.
This acquisition will enable Tawaref to provide inclusive AI-supported solutions to its growing portfolio of startups and investors, a recent statement unveiled.
Amaana.ai provides an automated and centralized platform to streamline all aspects of entry into the fast-growing Saudi Arabian market. It assists enterprises of varying sizes and sectors, including multinational corporations and publicly traded entities, as well as venture capital startups looking to expand their operations into the Kingdom.
By integrating Amaana’s solutions, Tawaref aims to raise its capabilities to add more value to enterprises aiming to grow in the fast-paced Saudi market while upgrading services provided across various sectors.
Saeed Al Ansari, CEO of Tawaref, stated that the acquisition enables the company to enhance services and solidifies its commitment to providing innovative and AI-driven solutions to foster startups.
