Riyadh – Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: Interviewed by Sharikat Mubasher, on the sidelines of the Supply Chain and Logistics Conference 2024, Hany Sindi, Marketing Coordinator at Zahid Tractor said the company eyes to seize the biggest possible market share of trucks within the Saudi Market in the near future.
He added that the Commercial Vehicles Division at Zahid Tractor is an official agent for Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks, UD Trucks, Used and Higer Buses in Saudi Arabia.
Sindi further asserted that all trucks in the company’s fleet are proudly 100% Saudi-made, and are being produced inside the company’s factory at King Abdullah Economic City.
Speaking about partaking in this event, Sindi said that Zahid Tractor was keen on participating to keep up and monitor the latest market trends in the logistics field.
Over the years, Zahid Tractor has evolved into three core business units – Construction Machinery, Commercial Vehicles, and Rental. The company serves a number of industries, including construction and infrastructure, industrial, logistics and warehousing, agriculture, transportation, petroleum, mining, and quarry and aggregates.
The Supply Chain and Logistics Conference 2024, held under the patronage of the Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, concluded Monday in Riyadh after two days of discussions, in attendance of esteemed ministers, senior officials, and company leaders from the supply chains and logistics services sector.
It also saw the participation of heads of authorities and institutions in promising fields from both the public and private sectors, aimed at enhancing the work of supply chains and logistics services.
The conference witnessed the signing of 91 agreements worth SAR 8.3 billion aimed at developing the operations and efficiency of supply chains.
