Riyadh - Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: Aramex, a leading global provider of comprehensive logistics and transportation solutions, sets sights on converting its entire fleet into electric vehicles (EV) by 2030, National Innovation and Sustainability Manager Hammam AlZahrani told Sharikat Mubasher.
In an interview held on the sidelines of Seamless Saudi Arabia 2024, AlZahrani stated that Aramex’s top priority is to rely on renewable energy resources to achieve sustainability.
In alignment with these goals, Aramex installs solar panels in key logistics facilities to reduce carbon emissions, AlZahrani elaborated.
He further showcased other innovations that Aramex uses to drive sustainability, including autonomous bots and electric scooters.
Speaking about the social responsibility of Aramex Saudi Arabia, AlZahrani noted that the company provides funds for several charity organizations and helps them in their logistics operations in Eastern, Middle, and Western regions.
