Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: DeHeng Law Offices, a cross-border law firm based in Beijing, officially inaugurated its Riyadh office to become the first Chinese law firm to establish a presence in the Kingdom.

With a team of 18 lawyers, the new office is co-led by William Jia and Saudi lawyer Dhari Saad Alharbi, and is affiliated with locally based DSH Law Firm, a recent statement unveiled.

DeHeng Law Offices is a leading law firm with over 4,000 legal professionals in China and abroad. Its track record includes advising on historic events in domestic capital markets and signature infrastructure projects.

In January, the Saudi Regional Headquarters (RHQ) program entered into effect, mandating foreign firms to have a headquarters in Saudi Arabia to start or expand their businesses in the Kingdom.
