
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s National Housing Company (NHC) launched NHC Innovation, a new subsidiary dedicated to developing digital destinations, to provide exceptional experiences for individuals and entities alike, Chief Executive Officer Mohammad Albuty announced during the Real Estate Future Forum 2025 (RFF 2025).
As the innovation arm of NHC, the new company will focus on developing, managing, and operating digital platforms to enhance customer experience and quality of life. Albuty emphasized plans to expand NHC Innovation’s offerings to enhance the quality of life for customers, as highlighted in his speech at the forum.
NHC Innovation will be headed by Rayan Alaql, Chief of the Solutions Sector at NHC.
Launching the new company reflects NHC's key role in the transformation of the real estate sector and underscores its commitment to meeting the sector's needs.
Over the past years, NHC has developed more than 10 digital platforms, serving over 20 million customers and managing more than 500 million operational processes. In 2024 alone, these platforms processed financial transactions valued at SAR 250 billion, the CEO clarified.
Further, Albuty reaffirmed NHC’s commitment to creating both urban and digital destinations that elevate customer experiences, reflecting the company’s dedication to innovation and sustainability in Saudi Arabia's real estate sector.
The RFF 2025, held in Riyadh from 27 to 29 January, gathers global industry leaders, policymakers, and investors. Featuring over 300 speakers from 85 countries, the event focuses on innovation, sustainability, and investment strategies that are reshaping the global property market, with a particular emphasis on the Middle East.
