Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: F6 Group, a new platform combining venture capital and entrepreneurial support, officially launched, bringing together the newly formed F6 Ventures and the well-established startup accelerator Flat6Labs under one roof.
At the heart of the group is F6 Ventures, a seed-stage investment firm managing six funds with over $90 million in assets under management.
Co-founded by Dina el-Shenoufy and Ramez El-Serafy, the firm aims to fill a critical funding gap in the Middle East and Africa by backing early-stage startups at the seed and pre-seed levels. The team, alongside regional partners in Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Amman, Tunis, and Nairobi, has already invested in over 300 companies to date.
Flat6Labs will continue operating as the region’s flagship startup accelerator, focusing on founder support and ecosystem growth across emerging markets.
Under the leadership of el-Shenoufy as CEO and Hany Al Sonbaty as Chairman, F6 Group plans to expand its venture capital footprint, aiming to grow its AUM to $200 million and invest in over 200 startups in the next five years
