Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: The Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Golf Saudi announced the launch of “PIF Future Fairways,” an innovative platform using 3D mapping technology to showcase three flagship golf courses set within Saudi Arabia’s major giga-projects.
The new courses—Shura Links and Laheq Golf Course at The Red Sea destination, and Trojena Northern Golf Course at NEOM—aim to position the Kingdom as a global golf hub, as per PIF’s press release.
These next-generation developments form part of a broader effort to grow the sport, with the total number of courses in Saudi Arabia expected to more than triple by 2030.
Future Fairways will also be featured at major international events during the 2025–2026 season, including the PIF Championship in London, the Aramco Houston Championship, and the Aramco Shenzhen Championship in China. The initiative reflects PIF’s ongoing push to transform Saudi’s sporting landscape and promote innovation in golf.
