Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: PayTabs Group, a leading payment orchestration platform in the MENA region, partnered with Cuzdan, one of Azerbaijan’s fast-emerging financial institutions, to transform the country’s payments landscape.

Through this partnership, Cuzdan will launch a nationwide payment orchestration platform built on PayTabs technology to drive financial inclusion and enable merchants and consumers to transact with greater speed, security, and convenience, according to a recent statement by PayTabs Group.

The new platform will allow merchants across Azerbaijan to onboard quickly, accept payments securely, and offer customers more choices in how they pay, introducing several features, capabilities, and innovative use cases.

This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of PayTabs and Cuzdan to empowering businesses of every size and giving consumers greater choice and confidence in how they pay.

Commenting on this partnership, Abdulaziz Al Jouf, CEO and Founder of PayTabs Group, said: “With this hallmark partnership, Azerbaijan officially becomes part of PayTabs’ operational map, reinforcing the Group’s mission to power every digital transaction across the GCC, Levant, North Africa, and Central Asia. This partnership underscores a shared vision to advance digital payments, support financial inclusion, and fuel economic growth across Azerbaijan and the greater CIS region.”

Meanwhile, Hany Soliman, Chief Growth and Development Officer at PayTabs Group, emphasized the group’s role in enabling Cuzdan to accelerate financial inclusion, support economic growth, and deliver world-class digital payment experiences to businesses and consumers in Azerbaijan.

Via this milestone, Cuzdan aims to revolutionize Azerbaijan’s payments landscape by enabling SMEs to scale, corporates to streamline, and enterprises to innovate while giving consumers simpler access to secure digital payment services.

Mustafa Baltaci, CEO at Cuzdan, said: “By partnering with PayTabs, we are serving the full spectrum of our economy - from neighbourhood shopkeepers to growing SMEs to major enterprises- with modern, secure payment solutions that drive growth and financial inclusion nationwide.”

By combining its robust corporate network in manufacturing, retail, and consumer finance with PayTabs’ technology backbone, Cuzdan aims to drive digital inclusion and foster the financial services ecosystem in Azerbaijan, ultimately supporting the country’s economic growth.
