Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: HEMOdata, a data management and AI consultancy, announced its official entry into the Saudi market after completing its legal entity setup with the support of AstroLabs.

As per a recent press release, the company’s expansion aims to strengthen institutional readiness for artificial intelligence across the Kingdom as demand for advanced data governance and AI adoption accelerates.

The firm provides advisory services and technology solutions to help organizations comply with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and National Data Management Office (NDMO) regulations, while also supporting digital data governance and assessing AI readiness.

Luke Cann, Co-Founder of HEMOdata, said organizations can only unlock the benefits of AI by establishing trust in their data, noting that PDPL and NDMO standards form the foundation of the Kingdom’s data-driven economy. Dustyn Smith, the Co-Founder, highlighted AstroLabs’ role in facilitating the company’s expansion and connecting it with the wider ecosystem.

Alex Nicholls, AstroLabs’ Director of Expansion, meanwhile, said HEMOdata’s presence supports Saudi Arabia’s goal of becoming a top global AI hub by 2030.

The company plans to offer masterclasses on AI and data governance in Riyadh and will continue supporting organizations in enhancing data quality, documenting data flows, and developing AI adoption strategies.
