Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: HUMAIN, the AI company owned by the PIF, announced plans to host and lead the launch of the new Qualcomm AI Engineering Center at its Riyadh headquarters, strengthening its position at the center of Saudi Arabia’s emerging AI infrastructure landscape.
The facility is set to open in December 2025, as per a recent press release.
The center will support HUMAIN’s rollout of 200 megawatts of advanced data-center capacity beginning in 2026, built on Qualcomm’s Cloud AI hardware and software, including the AI200 and AI250 rack solutions. By anchoring the center within its ecosystem, HUMAIN aims to accelerate AI engineering, model onboarding, ecosystem development, and the delivery of fully optimized edge-to-cloud services.
HUMAIN said the initiative marks a significant step forward in its collaboration with Qualcomm, enabling faster deployment of high-performance AI systems designed to serve Saudi Arabia and global markets. Qualcomm noted that the co-location with HUMAIN will streamline development efforts as the two companies work together to advance the next wave of AI innovation.
