
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Investment (MISA) issued 31 regional headquarters (RHQ) licenses during the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, according to the ‘Economic and Investment Monitor Q3 2025’ report, in which MISA showcased its efforts to enhance the investment environment in the Kingdom.
As part of its efforts to enhance investor experience, the ministry successfully addressed 69 investor challenges and provided more than 129,000 services via outreach centers. It also provided over 61,000 e-services through its website and more than 43,000 services via its comprehensive service centers.
Additionally, MISA organized and participated in 11 local and international events in different fields to promote local investment and attract foreign investment. It participated in investment forums between Saudi Arabia and several countries to enhance the Saudi investment ecosystem, develop investment opportunities, promote local investment, and attract foreign investments by highlighting major opportunities in the Kingdom.
