The platform has been designed with an app-first strategy, placing its mobile application at the center of product discovery, engagement, and personalization in line with Saudi Arabia’s increasingly mobile-led eCommerce market.
Unlike traditional marketplaces, KANAA operates as a curated digital commerce ecosystem powered by AI, enabling intent-based navigation and faster, more relevant product discovery across multiple brands.
