Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi HR and payroll platform Jisr announced surpassing 700,000 users across the Kingdom, marking a significant milestone in the adoption of digital workforce management solutions and highlighting the platform’s growing scale and market reach.
As per the company’s press release, this achievement reflects rising demand for technology-driven HR systems as Saudi companies accelerate hiring, tighten compliance, and manage increasingly complex workforce requirements.
The shift toward digital HR has been reinforced by sustained hiring momentum in the Kingdom. According to Jisr’s State of Hiring data, average monthly hiring across Saudi Arabia increased by 51.5% year-on-year in 2025, intensifying the need for scalable and compliant HR infrastructure.
Mohammed Akkar, Founder and CEO of Jisr, indicated that HR functions have become central to business operations, with organizations increasingly relying on digital platforms to manage workforce planning, compliance, and people operations as hiring volumes grow.
The trend aligns with broader workforce transformation efforts in the Kingdom, as Saudi nationals accounted for 41% of new hires and more companies increased their reliance on local talent, further elevating the role of digital HR systems in supporting national employment objectives.
