
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Investment Promotion Authority (SIPA) signed an agreement with RX, the organizer of the industry flagship MIPIM, to host the MIPIM Middle East 2026 in Riyadh on 20 and 21 October.
Through this agreement, the two parties formalize a strategic and sustainable partnership to host MIPIM Middle East 2026, while also exploring opportunities for future initiatives and events in major cities across the Kingdom, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
This partnership reinforces Saudi Arabia’s position as a regional and global hub for real estate investment and infrastructure. It will help create investment opportunities, accelerate urban development, and support the Kingdom's ambitious growth objectives.
Khaled Al-Khattaf, CEO of SIPA, emphasized that the agreement reflects Saudi Arabia’s commitment to developing the investment environment, enhancing its competitiveness, and supporting rapid growth in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
He added that hosting the MIPIM Middle East 2026 strengthens the Kingdom's position as a leading global business hub, providing a strategic platform for investors to engage directly with high-quality opportunities in the Saudi real estate sector.
MIPIM Middle East 2026 will gather the international real estate and investment community with key policymakers and project owners from across the Middle East, attracting the global capital needed to realize the region’s ambitious development visions.
