
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: RAPP MENA, a customer experience and communications agency under Omnicom Group, announced its expansion into Saudi Arabia with support from AstroLabs, establishing a new office in Riyadh.
In a recent press release, the company said the expansion aims to support Saudi brands and enterprises with data-driven marketing, customer experience transformation, CRM, loyalty programs, and AI-powered communication solutions. RAPP MENA operates across the UAE, Egypt, North America, Europe, Latin America, and APAC, and is now strengthening its Gulf presence through the Saudi market.

The move comes as Saudi Arabia’s digital advertising market continues to grow rapidly, supported by high internet penetration and rising social media usage across the Kingdom.
