Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Dr. Soliman Abdulkader Fakeeh Hospital Company (DSFH) signed a memorandum of understanding with Samsung C&T Corporation Saudi Arabia to expand healthcare infrastructure in the Kingdom.
The agreement aims to develop healthcare projects and smart hospitals across the Kingdom by adopting AI technologies and advanced operational and development models that support the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, the medical group revealed in a bourse statement today.
Under the MoU, Fakeeh Care Group, a subsidiary of DSFH, and Samsung C&T Corporation will explore opportunities to apply AI-powered smart hospital systems inspired by the South Korean experience, integrate advanced technology into care delivery, and support the Kingdom's position as a regional hub for healthcare innovation. Additionally, they will co-invest in building and operating healthcare projects under a Property and Operating Company model.
In June 2025, Fakeeh Care Group secured a $250 million credit facility from Alinma Bank to fuel its expansion plan, which includes new hospitals and clinics, advanced medical technologies, and digital health platforms such as telemedicine.
