Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Tourism launched the Unified Tourism Services Platform during LEAP 2026 to enhance user experience and promote digital transformation in the tourism sector.
The platform brings together all tourism services that investors, tourism professionals, and sector employees need, such as tourism licensing, compliance, investment, training, and development, along with several other digital services, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
By launching the new platform, the ministry aims to support digital integration across the tourism sector in partnership with various stakeholders, providing a more seamless user experience.
The Unified Platform features the Tourism X service, which offers an AI-powered smart experience to facilitate access to services and answer user inquiries, thereby enhancing the digital user experience.
Nasr Al-Ansari, official spokesperson for the ministry, stated that the launch of the Unified Tourism Platform underscores the ministry’s ongoing efforts to develop digital government services, enhance integration among various stakeholders in the tourism sector, and improve service delivery efficiency.
LEAP2026 takes place from 31 August to 3 September under the theme “Into New Worlds,” bringing together thousands of companies, startups, investors, and technology experts. It is expected to attract more than 1,000 global speakers and experts, 1,800 technology companies, 600 startups, and 1,900 investors and venture capital representatives.
