Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi private markets platform OORI announced it has partnered with Playbook, a leadership and career development platform for women, to expand private market investment education and access to alternative investment opportunities for female leaders across the region.
Under the partnership, OORI and Playbook will provide educational content and community sessions covering private market fundamentals, how investors assess opportunities, and the role of alternative investments in long-term wealth strategies, according to a recent press release.
The partnership was announced during the Women Shaping Wealth Summit, held in Riyadh on 28–29 September, where OORI participated as a Learning Partner. As part of the summit, OORI delivered a workshop titled “How Investors Identify the Winners Before Their Big Breakthrough,” covering how investors assess private companies based on factors including growth potential, investability, and potential returns.
The collaboration will continue beyond the summit through additional educational and community initiatives, including a co-hosted webinar for Playbook’s community.
Commenting on this, Naif Alajmi, Co-Founder, Board Member and Head of Arranging at OORI, said the partnership aims to create a sustained pathway for more women to engage with private markets.
Meanwhile, Wafa Al Obaidat, Founder and CEO of Playbook, said the collaboration will bring practical private market insights and discussions directly to Playbook’s community.
