Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: Solutions+, a UAE-based provider of enterprise services and solutions, and Tahaluf Al Emarat Technical Solutions, a UAE-based digital transformation company, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate on artificial intelligence (AI), enterprise systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and data solutions.
As per a recent press release, the agreement was signed during AI Everything Abu Dhabi 2026, where Solutions+ is participating as a Global Partner. It aims to support the development and adoption of AI solutions while helping organizations improve operational efficiency.
Under the MoU, the two companies will explore joint initiatives focused on AI adoption and digital transformation, combining Solutions+’ enterprise expertise with Tahaluf’s capabilities in AI and technology.
Commenting on this, Nasir Al Nabhani, Group Managing Director and CEO of Solutions+, said the partnership would help organizations adopt AI in practical and impactful ways while strengthening operational capabilities.
Meanwhile, Ahmed Alkaabi, Chief Executive Officer of Tahaluf, said the collaboration will focus on emerging technologies including Agentic AI and sovereign AI, with an emphasis on developing Arabic-first solutions and supporting more resilient and future-ready operations.
