Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Foodics, the leading restaurant operations management platform, unveiled ‘Foodics Black,’ an all-in-one management platform purpose-built for dine-in full-service restaurants with embedded payments, during LEAP 2026.

Built on Foodics’ cloud-based infrastructure, Foodics Black is designed to address the operational complexity of full-service dining, including fine-dining and contemporary casual concepts, where delivering an exceptional guest experience requires seamless coordination between front- and back-of-house teams, the company stated in a press release today.

The platform provides smart reservations, real-time floor management, seat-level ordering, course pacing, kitchen synchronization, inventory management, and table-side payments within a single environment, enabling restaurant teams to control the entire guest journey, from reservation to payment.

Compliant with ZATCA’s e-invoicing requirements, Foodics Black helps operators to improve service consistency and staff efficiency and enables restaurants to reduce waste, optimize workforce allocation, and minimize errors caused by disconnected systems.

Ahmad AlZaini, co-founder and CEO of Foodics, said: “Foodics Black represents our vision for the next generation of full-service restaurant technology: connected, intelligent and built around the guest. It also unlocks a whole new market segment for Foodics, as well as allowing us to support our existing customer base further. We see a significant opportunity to bring enterprise-grade capabilities to restaurant groups across the region while giving them technology that understands the realities of hospitality.”

During LEAP 2026, Foodics signed strategic partnerships with MJS Holding, Spice, and WI-Q to extend Foodics Black across the guest and operator experience

LEAP2026 takes place from 31 August to 3 September under the theme “Into New Worlds,” bringing together thousands of companies, startups, investors, and technology experts. It is expected to attract more than 1,000 global speakers and experts, 1,800 technology companies, 600 startups, and 1,900 investors and venture capital representatives.
