Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: MOZN, a Riyadh-headquartered enterprise intelligence platform for regulated institutions operating in high-assurance domains, expanded its collaboration with Mobily Pay through the implementation of MOZN’s Customer Risk Scoring.

Through this expansion, Mobily Pay established a consistent, customer-level approach to fraud risk assessment and limit management, enabling faster, more explainable decisions while supporting evolving regulatory requirements, according to the official statement released yesterday.

Mobily Pay can also strengthen its customer risk assessment capabilities while supporting evolving regulatory requirements.

Alongside Customer Risk Scoring, Mobily Pay deploys MOZN's Enterprise Fraud Management (EFM) solution to identify and respond to fraud in real time across onboarding, account access, device usage, and payment journeys.

By combining device, behavioral, and transaction intelligence, the platform helps detect sophisticated fraud patterns, including suspicious device behavior, anomalous login activity, and unusual transaction patterns, helping identify and respond to suspicious activity earlier and reduce potential financial losses.

Commenting on the milestone, Malik Alyousef, co-founder and deputy CEO of MOZN, said: “As fraud grows more sophisticated and digital ecosystems become more connected, financial institutions need intelligence that brings together customer behavior, device signals, and transaction activity into a single, explainable view of risk. That's what allows organizations to protect customers, satisfy regulatory expectations, and continue innovating with confidence. We're proud to support Mobily Pay as they build that foundation.”

In turn, Ghadeer Alqahtani, head of fraud, bribery, and corruption at Mobily Pay, stated: “With MOZN's Customer Risk Scoring, we've been able to build a consistent, customer-level view of risk that helps us make better decisions across the entire lifecycle. We can confidently provide trusted customers with the flexibility they deserve while applying stronger controls where the risk is higher.”

Expanding the collaboration with Mobily Pay reinforces MOZN’s role as a trusted partner for financial institutions seeking to meet regulatory expectations around customer risk scoring, while modernizing fraud prevention and protecting customers across increasingly complex digital financial ecosystems.
